My Thoughts

We can choose to direct our attention figuratively and literally. Are we looking up or down? Backward or forwards, behind us or up ahead? Can we focus on the present moment? The way we talk and think about direction can change the way we see the world. Heads up! Keep your head down! There's a reason in our language that heaven is up and hell is down. You go where you look.
