Spiritual Harvest (Weekly Recovery Reflection)
The energy you planted months ago is blossoming—ready or not.

My Thoughts
We’re well into the second half of the year now, and the energy of August whispers a quiet truth: what’s showing up in your life today is likely the result of what you’ve been cultivating—consciously or unconsciously—for the past several months. This isn't about judgment; it’s about honest inventory. Have the seeds of patience, surrender, and honesty begun to bear fruit? Or are you seeing weeds sprouting from the habits and thinking you thought you left behind?
Spiritual growth isn’t instant. It’s seasonal. And harvest time invites us to pause and reflect on what we’re actually experiencing. If your relationships feel more peaceful, your mind more clear, your boundaries more intact—acknowledge that. That’s grace working through your efforts. And if things feel chaotic or painful, that too holds wisdom. Sometimes we’re harvesting what’s been growing underground without our awareness. Accountability doesn’t mean blame—it means reclaiming our power.
Action for the Week
Take a quiet moment this week to write down what’s “showing up” in your life right now—emotionally, relationally, spiritually. What are you proud of? What’s uncomfortable?
Without judgment, ask: What seeds have I planted that are bearing fruit? What might I need to replant or weed out?
Honesty is a gift you give to your future self. The good news? Every moment is a chance to plant something new.
