    Recovered Life Group Guidelines

    Last Updated: April 13, 2026

Recovered Life hosts peer support groups and discussions for individuals interested in mental health, addiction recovery, personal growth, and wellness. These groups are intended to provide a respectful environment where people can share experiences, learn from one another, and support each other in building their best recovered lives.

By participating in Recovered Life groups, meetings, discussions, or events, you agree to follow the guidelines outlined below.

Recovered Life is owned and operated by Talent Branded Entertainment, Inc.

    1. Peer Support, Not Professional Treatment

Recovered Life groups are peer support discussions, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

    Participants should understand that:

    • Discussions within the group do not replace professional medical or mental health care.
    • Members should not present themselves as providing therapy, medical treatment, or clinical advice unless explicitly acting in a professional capacity outside the group.
    • Personal experiences may be shared, but members should avoid presenting opinions as medical or clinical guidance.

If you require medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment, you should consult a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.

    2. Respect for All Participants

All members are expected to treat others with respect and consideration.

    Participants should:

    • Listen without interrupting or attacking others
    • Respect different experiences and perspectives
    • Speak from personal experience rather than judging others
    • Support a constructive and respectful environment

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

    3. Speak From Personal Experience

Recovered Life groups are built around sharing personal experiences.

    Members are encouraged to:

    • Use "I" statements when sharing
    • Avoid diagnosing other participants
    • Avoid telling others what they should or should not do

Each person's recovery journey and life experience is unique.

    4. Confidentiality and Privacy

Participants should respect the privacy of others in the group.

    Members agree not to:

    • Share personal stories from the group outside the group without permission
    • Record meetings, discussions, or events without permission
    • Distribute screenshots or private conversations

While Recovered Life encourages confidentiality, it cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality, and members should share accordingly.

    5. Promotion & Solicitation

Recovered Life groups are intended primarily for discussion, education, and peer support, not for advertising or sales activity.

Members may not promote products, services, programs, events, or business opportunities within Recovered Life groups without prior permission from Recovered Life administrators.

Promotional activity that has been specifically approved by Recovered Life may be permitted in certain situations, including:

    • approved expert guests or contributors
    • official Recovered Life programs or events
    • designated promotional opportunities authorized by the platform

Unapproved promotional activity, solicitation, or repeated self-promotion may be removed at the discretion of Recovered Life moderators and administrators.

    6. Safe and Supportive Environment

Recovered Life aims to maintain a space where people feel safe participating in discussions.

The following types of behavior are not permitted:

    • threats or encouragement of harm
    • harassment or intimidation
    • illegal activities
    • explicit or graphic content
    • disruptive behavior that interferes with group discussions

Moderators may remove content or participants that violate these guidelines.

    7. Sensitive & Triggering Content

Discussions within Recovered Life groups may involve sensitive topics related to mental health, addiction recovery, and personal experiences.

Participants are encouraged to be mindful that graphic or highly detailed descriptions of traumatic or harmful experiences may impact other members.

Moderators may redirect discussions that become excessively graphic, harmful, or unsafe for the group environment.

Recovered Life groups are not intended to provide crisis intervention services. If a participant appears to be in immediate distress or danger, moderators may encourage the individual to seek professional help or contact emergency services.

    8. Moderator Authority & Removal

Recovered Life moderators and administrators are responsible for maintaining a respectful and safe environment for all participants.

Moderators may take action when necessary, including:

    • guiding or redirecting discussions
    • removing disruptive comments or content
    • muting participants during live meetings
    • removing participants from meetings or discussions
    • suspending or terminating access to groups or the platform

Participation in Recovered Life groups is a privilege, not a right.

Recovered Life and its moderators reserve the sole discretion to remove or restrict participation by any member at any time, with or without notice, if behavior is determined to be disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the spirit of the group.

    9. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

Members should exercise personal judgment when participating in discussions and should not rely on group conversations as a substitute for professional advice or treatment.

    10. Changes to Guidelines

Recovered Life may update these Group Guidelines from time to time in order to maintain a safe and effective environment for participants.

Continued participation in the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated guidelines.

    Agreement

By joining Recovered Life groups, attending meetings, or participating in discussions on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to follow these Group Guidelines.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from meetings, suspension of access, or termination of membership.
