Hannah Rose Bernstein brings a unique blend of philosophy, psychology, and lived experience to her work in personal growth and emotional well-being. With a background spanning academia, law, and the entertainment industry—including roles at HBO and Beats by Dre—she discovered a passion for helping people navigate life's most challenging moments.

Hannah has led workshops on Mindful Consent and Embodied Listening, created the YouTube series The Embodied Psyche, and has been actively involved in community organizing and advocacy for women's rights and prison reform. A lifelong Los Angeles resident, she is deeply interested in the intersection of relationships, power, identity, and healing, helping others cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and authentic connection.
